EDUCATIONAL DVD & NON-THEATRICAL SCREENING REQUESTS

Educational and non-theatrical copies are now available directly for purchase from Takedowns and Falls
for use by libraries, colleges, K-12 schools, media centers, and other non-profit educational organizations.
The purchase of Takedowns and Falls at these rates includes non-theatrical Public Performance Rights.

Non-theatrical Public Performance Rights allow the purchaser to screen the film for groups of 100 or less.
These rights are guaranteed in perpetuity for the life of the copy.

No admission can be charged and screenings may not be open to the public.

$175 For Universities & Colleges, and Corproate Institutions (with PPR)

to rent the film to host a screening if any of the following conditions apply:

a) a screening to an audience greater than 100
b) a screening that is open to the general public
c) a screening where an admission fee is a factor

We are open to renting the film for non-profit community groups, or  booster clubs, for fund raising events (one time use only)
please contact us to discuss our options on how to screen our film at your school or organization.

Please note: Per copyright law, a DVD purchased through our home video department or any other consumer retail site does NOT include Public Performance or Educational Rights and cannot be used for screenings, and neither a home video or non-theatrical/educational DVD may be copied.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within two days of receipt of payment or purchase order. All shipments will incur a $5 shipping charge for Fed Ex Ground or Express Saver shipping. Fed Ex will not ship to PO boxes.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Requests for refunds and exchanges must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt.  DVDs that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost, provided the defective material is returned promptly. Takedowns and Falls must be notified of any cancellations at least two weeks prior to date of use—shipping fees will not be refunded if materials have already been shipped.
